Job in Assam- Director of Health Services, Assam has announced a notification for the recruitment of 216 Pharmacist, Laboratory Technician, Radiographer, Account Assistant / Junior Assistant, Dresser Vacancies. Online applications are invited for the following posts in 47 nos. of newly cheated Model Hospitals of the State under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam, as shown, below, which will be available at the official website of Directorate of Health Services, Assam (www.dhs.assam.gov.in) from 16.12.2017 to 30.12.2017 till midnight.

Vacancy Details

1. Pharmacist 

No. of post: 34

Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- + GP Rs.7400

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institutes and must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.

2. Radiographer 

No. of post: 49

Scale of pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.49,000/-+ GP Rs.6200.

Educational Qualification: Radiographer Technician Certificate Course or above from any Govt, recognized Institute of Govt, of Assam.

3. Laboratory Technician

No. of post: 44

Scale of pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.49,000/-+ GP Rs.6200.

Educational Qualification: Laboratory Technician Certificate Course or above from any Govt, recognized Institute of Govt, of Assam.

4. Account Assistant / Junior Assistant

No. of post: 44

Scale of pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.49,000/-+ GP Rs.7400

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university with certificate of computer application.

5. Dresser

No. of post: 48

Scale of pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.49,000/-+ GP Rs.5000

Educational Qualification: HSLC or equivalent passed from a recognized Board with experience.

Reservation: Reservation of posts for SC / ST (P) / ST (H) / OBC (MOBC) / Women candidates and Physically Handicapped candidates will be as per prevailing Government Rules.

Age limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 43 years as on 01.01.2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST (P), STH candidates only.

Application Fees : The application fee of Rs.250/-(Rupees Two hundred fifty)only for General Category candidates and Rs.150/-(Rupees One hundred fifty) only for OBC/MOBC.SC,ST(P) & ST(H) Category candidates will have to be paid through Treasury Challan to the Head of Account “02 10-m&ph- 01-Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipt and the scanned copy of the challan to be uploaded while submitted the online application form. No fee is required for BPL candidate and they are required to upload their BPL certificate from the competent authority for such exemption of fee along with the application.

The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification and photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted.
(a) 02 (two) Copies of recent passport size colour photograph duly self attested.
(b) HSLC Admit Card or Birth Certificate for age proof.
(c) All marks sheets and pass certificate.
(d) Caste certificate (where applicable)
(e) Permanent Residential Certificate
(f) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. Certificate of training experience / Extra Curricular etc.
(g) Pharmacy Registration Certificate authenticated by Assam Pharmacy Council.
